Every year I usually decorate with the traditional orange and black and purple halloween colors. This year I decided I wanted to go with a more monochrome simple Halloween home decoration.
This black plant was actually green and I just used some spray paint we had at the house! took less than 10 min. See the before and after below.
My favorite are definitely these bats on the wall! They were super easy to stick on.
Most of the pumpkins I purchased where not halloween themed so that I could use them for fall as well, Like this neutral colored garland.
One place you would probably never think to look at to shop for holiday decorations is Walgreens, which is where I found this cute spell book.
How cute is this tiny black pumpkin.
This zebra is not very halloween but it went with the color theme so I kept it there! Maybe next year I will look for a more halloween appropriate art.
Candles are an easy inexpensive way to decorate, I really wanted a tall gold candle holder but I could not find one that I like at a reasonable price.
Another Walgreens find where these spiders I paid about $3 for a pack of 12! The white pumpkin actual has some orange decoration on it but that was an easy fix I just turned it over!
Tip: If you decided to change the color scheme but you still have ton of decorations from the year before then just spray paint it!
