Last year our Christmas Tree was pretty colorful, but this year I wanted more of a monochrome neutral color Christmas decor.
As you all know I am a Homegoods and a Target Dollar set shopper, so a lot of these items were not available online so I couldn’t link them. But hopefully this post can be some inspiration for you if you are looking to have a more neutral Christmas decoration.
The Tree
I ended up using a lot of the items I had from last year I even made my own alphabet ornaments, Here are the instructions to make your own, super easy!
We got this pencil tree last year because we had so much baby stuff all over the house that a full size tree would take up too much space. Decided to use it again this year.
This Pencil tree is perfect if you don’t have a lot of space.
The Ornaments
Some them were are some of them were from past years and some of them I made!
I also wanted an alphabet themed Christmas tree, and all of the individual alphabet ornament would have cost me way too much to purchase individually (over $70 for the entire alphabet!). So I decide to make my own and I love how it turned out. You can see how I made them here.
The Fireplace
The Console Table
The Stairs
I kept it really simple for the stairs, I actually found these small wreaths at a Target dollar spot, I used clear command hooks to hang them.
